Michael + Nadia | St Francis and City Beach | wollongong wedding photographer

When I woke up this morning to the sound of heavy rain on my tin roof, my heart sunk for Michael and Nadia. A peek out the window didn’t help as I saw the thick grey cloud had settled in and there was not a glimpse of sunshine to be seen. They were such troopers though..just dealing with it and smiling the whole time. The weather didn’t matter. It just mattered that they were getting married surrounded by their very close family and friends. It continued to rain throughout the day so we had to be a little creative with locations where they would’t get soaked. The bulli train station was a great spot, then onto bulli pub and back to the pavillion at Woonona pool before the rain got so heavy we decided to head to City beach and dry off.  Michael and Nadia, I cannot tell you how honoured I was to capture your love and your wedding day. Thank you for being so open and easygoing.. and for making it so much fun. I hope you enjoy this quick little sneak peek of some of my favourites before you head off to hopefully sunny skies and warm weather in Thailand. Have a drink in the poor bar for me. Much love, xxx jk
