wow..what an amazing day I had today. I was up super early (especially for me on a sunday) and as I drove through the torrential rain leaving Wollongong, I was praying it was sunny in the mountains..but sadly I didn’t have my prayers answered. It rained ALL day today.. from a very light sprinkle to a torrential downpour. (My BIG WET lesson for the day was that it can go from sprinkle to torrential in 2 seconds in the mountains..doh!) But the weather didn’t seem to matter to Mandy and Michael. They were just so excited and happy to be marrying each other..high school sweethearts, best friends and a perfect match! It was a beautiful intimate wedding with their close family and friends and it was a joy to witness their deep love for each other and watch them enjoy their day. They hard their ceremony at the gorgeous Yester Grange before we headed off to Flat rock for some photos.  The rain teased us for about 10 minutes and eased to the lightest of sprinkles so we snuck up to the rock without umbrellas.. and about a minute later it poured! and we got VERY WET while I made a mad dash back to the car to get umbrellas..it was quite funny and made for great photos!! We then finished up at the Carrington for a beautiful lunch and afternoon of fun!  Thank you M&M for trusting me with capturing your special day…I loved spending the day with you!! happy camping! xxx jk
